Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia published a digital Navigator for Foreign Investors which helps overseas companies better understand how to start doing business in Russia. This is a useful tool that covers:
- Authorization and licensing
- Migration and employment matters
- Starting a manufacturing enterprise
- Sales and logistics
- Government support
- Special investment contracts (SPICs)

The Navigator is available at the State Information System of Industry (GISP) website.
